Join us in enhancing the lives of our law enforcement partners

Program Goals

Establish a baseline of mental performance for each individual officer

Every Law Enforcement Officer whether a rookie or a seasoned leader has a history of Concussions, physical injuries and experiences that affects their day to day living. We quantify that to develop individual pathways to improve their performance both on the job and at home.

Develop Individual Care program per officer to meet their goals.

This is a 12 month program. After establishing initial baselines we will start 3 new officers on our 2 month care cycle cadence. Once an officer achieves their goal over 1, 2 or 3 cycles, we transition them onto our maintenance protocol.

Line of Duty Rapid Concussion Response

If an officer suffers a concussion during the line of duty the standard care process is monitoring for symptoms and wait for them to return to duty. We believe in meeting the injury immediately and start the healing process. No longer waiting for someone to be good enough, we see reductions in Return to Duty timelines from months to ~2 weeks.

Goal: If a concussion is suffered, we drop Return to Duty to 2 weeks with no symptoms

Enrollment Forms

Complete enrollment into the program with medical history, goals, current medications and supplements.

Symptom Inventory

The most important element we monitor is how you are performing. We can integrate digital tracking tools (garmin, whoop, apple, etc) but a periodic check-in allows us to manage your performance across 27 markers.

Individual Coaching

Our experience shows that a critical component for healing and performance is a single dedicated coach who can walk alongside you. This is up to you, if you prefer in-person, video, phone or text/email we meet you where you need us.

Referral

While this project is focused on Lowell PD, we understand the need is much greater. If you know of a peer or other veteran / law enforcement member who could use healing from a previous injury, please refer them to us for enrollment in our nationwide programs.
