Establish a baseline of mental performance for each individual

We continue to optimize and influence physical and more importantly mental performance throughout our days. Caffeine to kick start the morning, concentrated nutrients for fueling the day, components to help sleep or stress in the afternoon and evening. For this program we are going to the root, the brain. We are focusing on restoring a healthy neuro environment from years of stimulants and sub-concussive injuries. 

Develop Individual Care program per participant

We run on 2 month cycles for focused restoration and then optimization. Directly paired with a specific coach that works with you daily, weekly, monthly in the manner that works best for you. This is not a standard medical advisement. It is a coach that has gone through the program before and walks alongside you every step of the way. After each 2 month cycle we take a critical look at performance and goals and adjust until you return to peak performance. 

Alumni Program

Once an individual achieves their goals, we offer the opportunity to serve as a coach for the next generation. 

Goal: 10% of participants serve as a Coach

Symptom Inventory

The most important element we monitor is how you are performing. We can integrate digital tracking tools (garmin, whoop, apple, etc) but a periodic check-in allows us to manage your performance across 27 markers.

Individual Coaching

Our experience shows that a critical component for healing and performance is a single dedicated coach who can walk alongside you. This is up to you, if you prefer in-person, video, phone or text/email we meet you where you need us.
